Where is a good safe car park (and cheap!!!) within walking distance?

I asusme you're coming in on the A3/Embankment/Parliament etc? There is a car park just behind Leicester Square which has always been OK for me. You used to be able to take a little shortcut road right by Trafalgar Square which led to it. Not sure how you get to it now that the roads all changed (haven't used it for a while as you might guess!)

Try a website called www.park-up.com. Just put in the address, location or postcode of your destination and you'll get a map and details of the on and off-street parking facilities.
